there's a boy at work who bugs. i say boy because he is hardly a man. he constantly disrespects women on the daily basis. and his comments breathe of desparation and ignorance. claiming that his female friends are "homies" there is a sense of entitlement that he can make ignorant comments about women around and think that his female companions will not take offense.

it is blatantly obivous to those around him, but not to himself, that he uses others for his own personal gain. perhaps not in the workplace but in his own personal idea of social standing. it is quite irritating that he can drop friends so simply to move on to a new group that would create some kind of social stimulation in his life.

this sounds like a high school situation yet i'm in the corporate world. illustrating to me that this mentality does not end.
